BGS Meeting 2nd December 2017

Our final meeting of 2017 had a happy festive feel, not only because of the polished performance we had given at the recent Beckenham Festival, but because John gave us ensemble pieces to sight-read – all with Christmassy theme.   These were arrangements for 3, 4, or 5 parts of - O Come with Joy, Carol of the Bells, Trio of Kings, and Walking in the Air.

Trevor’s refreshments in the break set us up to sit back and enjoy the solos ranging from 16th century lute music to a Christmas medley.
