We joined the East Surrey Choral Society at their Summer Concert in Woldingham Village Hall on 29th June. Their musical director, Gill Hope, invited us to play a selection of our pieces in the two halves of the concert and then accompany the singers in their three final songs which were very much 60’s music, “In The Summertime”, “Sunny Afternoon” and “Mr Blue Sky”. Our pieces were:

Second Half
- Questa Notte
- Vivaldi Lute Concerto (2)
- Theme from Schindler’s List
The event was thoroughly enjoyable and I think was well-received by the audience. The singers were superb.
