CONGRATULATIONS!
We can all be proud of the excellent feedback we received from Amanda Cook:
"A fantastic group sound created here with effective clarity of parts and good use of tonal and dynamic changes bought character and variety to the music"
"... the delicate and graceful atmosphere was great to hear from such a large group"
See below for the complete version of the written feedback.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
The December meeting saw fifteen of us turn up for some Christmas cheer. Although it wasn't that cheery starting off with sight-reading arrangements of Vocalise by Rachmaninoff and Quebra-cabeças by Nazareth! Luckily Trevor was on hand in the break, providing us with some seasonal refreshments to bring us all back into cheeriness!
We were then treated to some musical festive fare by this evening's solos and duets.
Tom | Coventry Carol (trad) A Virgin Most Pure |
Victoria | Eterna Saudade (Dilermando Reis) |
John and Toby | Branle de St Nicholas (Jakut Polak) |
Andrew | Fantasia (Francesco de Milano) |
The evening was rounded off with the ensemble playing some traditional carols.
This was the last meeting of the year. We hope to see everyone back in the New Year, ready for lots more enjoyable guitar playing!
