BGS Meeting August 3rd 2019

Sight reading skills were stretched tonight with three new pieces to try. Pavane and Bransle de Bourgongne II, two danses by Gervaise, and From the Andes, an Argentinian song arranged by John Whitworth.

We were glad to break for the refreshments David provided.

Because of holidays, we do not have a second meeting in August.

Make a note of 7th September. Be sure to come on this our AGM night - we need your say as to your society’s move towards 2020. We will also be playing ensemble music that could be suitable to play in the Beckenham Festival.
